【个人简介】

黄启宏，男，副教授，生于1974年，研究生学历，博士学位。2007年获电子科技大学信号与信息处理专业博士学位，主要将图像图像处理技术用于农业自动观测、医疗信息化处理、遥感遥测等领域。现任电子工程学院副院长。
